Our teachers are dedicated to providing quality, and effective classes for students. Our mission is to build a strong community, supporting the goals of health and fitness through yoga. We strive to provide our students with a well-rounded offering of classes and workshops, to enhance the mind-body connection, provide physical outlets for stress management, improve muscular tone and flexibility, and inspire self-transformation.

My name is Kathryn, and I'm a native of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. I've traveled extensively and lived in places like Morocco and Haiti, before settling back down in my wonderful neighborhood. I have a Masters of Public Health and have worked toward creating healthier communities around the world, and right here at home in Brooklyn.

I've been practicing yoga for over ten years and completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Health Yoga Life in Stratton, Vermont. My goal is to make healthy lifestyles accessible to all people in my community.
